Shenzhen Aoni Electronic Co.,Ltd. (301189.SZ) announced it has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Metax Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., signed on March 30, 2026. The agreement establishes a comprehensive, multi-level, and long-term strategic partnership focused on hardware products, including Metax's desktop AI workstations.
Within the domestic computing power terminal product sector, the companies, including their affiliates, will develop a deep collaborative relationship. Leveraging Aoni Electronic's independent R&D capabilities in AI computing servers and its full suite of intelligent manufacturing equipment, combined with Metax's full-stack high-performance GPU chip technology, the two parties will jointly develop the Metax desktop AI workstation series. This series will include, but not be limited to, single-GPU, dual-GPU, quad-GPU desktop AI workstations, and eight-GPU AI servers.
For the duration of the cooperation, Metax guarantees it will prioritize supplying GPU chips and related components to Aoni Electronic at strategic, preferential prices. Under equivalent conditions, Metax and its affiliates will give priority to Aoni Electronic and its affiliates for hardware development and manufacturing collaboration on the Metax desktop AI workstations. Conversely, Aoni Electronic guarantees it will prioritize meeting Metax's hardware manufacturing needs at the most favorable strategic prices during the cooperation period.
Capitalizing on Metax's technical expertise in high-performance GPUs, Aoni Electronic will become a development partner for Metax's AI workstations. The collaboration will involve deep cooperation in the AI workstation field, aiming to create integrated hardware and software solutions based on Metax's GPU products. Utilizing Aoni Electronic's extensive experience and advanced production foundation in hardware manufacturing, the company will support Metax's product collaboration needs in the AI workstation sector.
Furthermore, the two companies will engage in joint market expansion and sales cooperation for products including the AI workstations based on Metax's GPUs, working together to promote the sales of these AI workstation products.
