Hansoh Pharma Appoints Guo Ying as Joint Company Secretary Following Zhong Shengli’s Resignation

Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited (Hansoh Pharma) has announced a leadership change within its corporate governance team. Effective 10 June 2026, Zhong Shengli has resigned as joint company secretary. Zhong confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no further matters requiring attention by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or shareholders.

Concurrently, the Board appointed Guo Ying as joint company secretary, also effective 10 June 2026. Guo, born in 1987, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Bioengineering from China Pharmaceutical University, a Master of Arts in Journalism from Nanjing University, and a Master of Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. She is an Associate of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Having joined Hansoh Pharma in August 2024, Guo currently oversees the Securities Affairs Department and meets the professional qualifications stipulated under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.28.

Following these changes, Hansoh Pharma’s joint company secretaries are Guo Ying and Zeng Zhao.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises Chairlady and Executive Director Zhong Huijuan; Executive Directors Sun Yuan and Lyu Aifeng; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Lin Guoqiang, Chan Charles Sheung Wai, Yang Dongtao, and Yan Jia.
