Longcheer repurchases 273.7 k A-shares for RMB 9.89 million, trimming free float by 0.06%

Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co., Ltd. (Longcheer, 09611) disclosed that on 3 August 2026 it bought back 273,700 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for treasury stock purposes linked to employee incentive and ownership schemes.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from RMB 35.53 to RMB 37.30 each, with a volume-weighted average cost of RMB 36.15 per share. The aggregate consideration was RMB 9.89 million.

Following the transaction, Longcheer’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 466.45 million from 466.73 million, representing a 0.06% reduction. Concurrently, treasury shares increased to 3.88 million. The company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 470.33 million shares.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that the repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock rather than immediately cancelled.
