A draft policy document titled "Twelve Measures for Financial Empowerment of High-Quality Development in Shenzhen's Low-Altitude Economy Industry in the Qianhai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone" has been released for public consultation. The proposal suggests establishing a dedicated "Qianhai Low-Altitude Economy Zone" within the Shenzhen Qianhai Equity Exchange's specialized board for innovative and niche enterprises. It also introduces a tailored financing service offering immediate loan access upon board admission. The measures encourage listing preparation, compliance guidance, and cross-border capital services for low-altitude economy companies, facilitating their transition to multi-tier capital markets such as the Shanghai and Shenzhen main boards, ChiNext, STAR Market, and Beijing Stock Exchange. Additionally, the plan aims to streamline the approval process for listing on the New Third Board through a "green channel" and explores the creation of a fast-track listing pathway for low-altitude economy enterprises in collaboration with Hong Kong Exchange.
