Hesai Group (02525) released its monthly return for equity securities and Hong Kong depositary receipts on 4 December 2025, covering the period ended 30 November 2025. According to the announcement, the company’s total authorised share capital remained at US$100,000, comprising 50,000,000 authorised Class A ordinary shares and 900,000,000 authorised Class B ordinary shares, alongside an additional 50,000,000 shares that can be re-designated as Class B shares.

As of the end of November 2025, there were 26,998,861 issued Class A ordinary shares and 129,143,350 issued Class B ordinary shares, showing no changes from the previous month. For the 2021 Plan, 36,667 share options were exercised in November and 10,057 options lapsed, bringing total funds of approximately US$98,795.17 from the exercised options. In addition, 305,832 RSUs were granted, 5,766 RSUs vested, and 4,308 RSUs lapsed—these transactions were settled using existing Class B ordinary shares registered under the depositary.

The company confirmed that all relevant authorisations, approvals, and listing rules were duly complied with in relation to the movements reported. No other changes to the share capital or further share issuances were indicated in the announcement.
