CRRC Corporation Limited (CRRC) has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.12 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Key timeline • Shareholders’ approval: 16 June 2026 • Ex-dividend date: 22 June 2026 • Transfer books close: 24–29 June 2026 • Record date: 29 June 2026 • Payment date: 13 August 2026

Dividend currency The dividend will be declared in Renminbi. The Hong Kong dollar equivalent and the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed closer to the payment date.

Withholding tax framework • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% • Non-resident individual shareholders: generally 10%; potentially reduced or increased (less than 10% or up to 20%) depending on the shareholder’s tax treaty status with China • Domestic individual investors holding H-shares via Stock Connect: 20% • Investors in Hong Kong trading mainland A-shares: 10%

All tax withholding will follow the regulations detailed in CRRC’s results announcement dated 27 March 2026 and the notice of the 2025 annual general meeting.

Share registrar Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Hopewell Centre, Wanchai, Hong Kong, will handle share registration matters.

This dividend declaration represents CRRC’s proposed distribution of FY2025 earnings to shareholders, subject to the specified dates and tax treatments outlined above.
