Silver Futures Slip on Comex, Ending Three-Day Winning Streak

Silver futures for near-month delivery on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange declined by 66.00 cents per troy ounce, or 1.06%, to settle at $61.439 on Thursday.

This marks the largest single-session dollar and percentage decline since Friday, July 31, 2026, bringing a halt to the previous three consecutive sessions of gains.

The settlement price is 46.61% below the 52-week high of $115.08, which was set on Monday, January 26, 2026. It represents a 64.89% increase from the 52-week low of $37.261, recorded on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Compared to the same period 52 weeks ago, the contract is up 61.01%.

The current price is 46.61% lower than the 2026 settlement high of $115.08, achieved on Monday, January 26, 2026. It is 9.91% higher than the 2026 settlement low of $55.898, seen on Thursday, July 16, 2026. The price is also 46.61% below the all-time highest settlement price of $115.08, from Monday, January 26, 2026.

On a year-to-date basis, the contract has fallen by $8.695, a decline of 12.40%. All figures are based on the settlement price of the current near-month contract.
