On April 8, BlackRock purchased an additional 8.791 million shares of BANK OF CHINA (03988) at a price of HK$5.0122 per share, totaling approximately HK$44.0623 million. Following this acquisition, BlackRock's total holdings in the bank have reached approximately 5.019 billion shares, representing a 6% stake.
