CNOOC Limited will convene its 2025 Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Island Shangri-La Hotel, Hong Kong. The proxy form circulated to shareholders outlines nine ordinary resolutions to be put to vote.
Key agenda items 1. Financial statements: Shareholders will consider and receive the audited accounts, the independent auditors’ report and the directors’ report for the year ended 31 December 2025. 2. Board composition: The meeting proposes the re-election of four directors—Mr Zhang Chuanjiang (Non-executive), Mr Huang Yongzhang (Executive), Prof Lin Boqiang (Independent Non-executive) and Ms Li Shuk Yin Edwina (Independent Non-executive). 3.
