MEIG Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (MEIG) has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 1 for every 10 H shares, equivalent to RMB 0.10 per share, for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 16 June 2026.

Withholding-tax framework for H-share investors • Overseas non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10 % enterprise income tax will be withheld, unless modified by applicable treaties. • Individual H-shareholders resident in Hong Kong or Macau with a treaty-based 10 % rate: 10 % individual income tax will be withheld. • Individual H-shareholders from treaty jurisdictions with dividend tax rates between 10 % and 20 %: tax will be withheld at the treaty rate. • Mainland individual investors holding H shares via Southbound Trading: 20 % individual income tax applies. • Mainland securities investment funds investing via Southbound Trading: taxed as individual investors at 20 %.

No warrant or convertible-security issues are linked to this dividend distribution.

The board currently comprises four executive directors—Mr. Wang Ping, Mr. Du Guobin, Mr. Xia Youqing and Mr. Huang Min—and three independent non-executive directors—Dr. Ma Lijun, Mr. Yang Zheng and Ms. Liu Jia.
