CHINA AEROSPACE Releases AGM Circular and Proxy Form; Shareholders May Opt for Printed or Electronic Communications

China Aerospace International Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and proxy form have been published on both the company’s website (www.casil-group.com) and the HKEXnews website as of 13 May 2026.

Registered shareholders who previously elected—or are deemed to have consented—to receive corporate communications electronically can request free printed copies of the current documents, as well as any future communications, by submitting the attached Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited.

To obtain hard copies or alter communication preferences, shareholders should return the completed form by post to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or send an email to casil-31-ecom@vistra.com. A minimum seven-day written notice is required for any future changes.

The board encourages shareholders to continue using electronic dissemination to support environmental conservation and enhance communication efficiency. For enquiries, investors may contact the registrar’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Hui on behalf of the board.
