According to a filing with the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing, a core senior executive, Wang Zegang, acquired 2.9416 million H shares of MOKINGRAN on June 11, valued at approximately HK$36.2699 million. Following this transaction, Wang's latest shareholding stands at 2.9416 million shares, increasing his disclosed long position from 0.00% to 1.08%. Public records indicate that Wang Zegang is a key member of the company's management team, holding multiple significant roles including executive director and company secretary.

In a separate development, the company officially launched its smart jewelry business during its 2026 new product conference in April this year. The event featured a showcase of its first smart ring engineering prototype, named iRingN1. Market data suggests that the global smart jewelry market is valued at approximately $3.6 billion in 2024, with projections indicating it could reach $21.6 billion by 2030, representing a compound annual growth rate of 19.7%. Within this sector, the smart ring segment is expected to grow even more rapidly. Its global market size is forecast to be around $420 million in 2025, potentially expanding to $3.8 billion by 2034, achieving a high compound annual growth rate of 29.3%. China is noted as one of the world's fastest-growing regions for this market.
