Manycore Tech Inc. announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 27 August 2026. The agenda includes:
• Reviewing and approving the Group’s interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
• Deciding on the publication of the interim financial report.
• Considering the declaration of an interim dividend, if any.
The meeting will also address other routine corporate matters.
The announcement was signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Huang Xiaohuang and dated 24 July 2026. The current board comprises four executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
