China Travel HK Publishes Updated Board Composition and Committee Leadership Structure

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (China Travel HK) released an updated list of directors and their committee roles dated 29 July 2026.

The Board now comprises eight members:

• Executive Directors – Wu Qiang (Chairman), Feng Gang (General Manager), and Li Pengyu.

• Non-Executive Directors – Tsang Wai Hung and Fan Zhishi.

• Independent Non-Executive Directors – Song Dawei, Fang Xuan, and Qian Jiannong.

Committee leadership is as follows:

• Audit Committee – chaired by Fang Xuan, with Song Dawei and Qian Jiannong as members.

• Remuneration Committee – chaired by Fang Xuan, joined by Song Dawei and Qian Jiannong as members.

• Nomination Committee – chaired by Wu Qiang, with Song Dawei and Qian Jiannong serving as members.

The announcement confirms the current governance framework and delineates responsibilities across key committees to support board oversight and corporate governance effectiveness.
