Fengxian District Expands Digital Applications of Electronic Business Licenses and "Enterprise Codes" to Boost Business Environment Efficiency

Deep News09-11

To further deepen the reform of the "One-Stop Online Service" initiative, the Fengxian District Market Supervision Administration has been consistently promoting the widespread adoption of electronic business licenses and "Enterprise Codes." By leveraging digital identity carriers, these efforts aim to make government services more convenient, industry regulation more precise, and enterprise support more efficient.

Widespread Digital Adoption Enhances Dual Upgrades in Regulation and Service

In recent years, Fengxian District has continuously advanced the digital application of electronic business licenses and "Enterprise Codes," yielding notable results in optimizing the business environment through digitalization. To date, the district has recorded 780,000 downloads of electronic business licenses, achieving a download rate of 77.37%, with cumulative usage reaching 48.06 million times. The "Enterprise Code" has been fully integrated into scenarios such as cross-departmental comprehensive supervision and joint inspections, providing strong support for the "scan-to-enter-enterprise" smart supervision model. Additionally, it has significantly enhanced the convenience of government services, with administrative-side scanning reaching 54,083 times. "Scanning for service" is gradually becoming a routine practice for businesses and the public, effectively boosting the convenience, satisfaction, and sense of gain among market entities.

Launching "Policy Express" Feature for Precise Delivery of Industry Compliance Guidelines

To improve the accuracy of policy delivery for benefiting enterprises, the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Administration has innovatively introduced the "Policy Express" application feature based on the electronic business license platform. Targeting the district's specialty cosmetics industry, Fengxian District precisely distributes the "Compliance Guidelines for Cosmetics Production Quality Management," enabling policies to reach enterprises directly without the need for manual searches or paper documents. This helps businesses stay updated on the latest regulatory standards in real-time, normalize compliance management practices, further consolidate primary responsibilities for production and operation, and steadily elevate the overall compliance level of the industry.

Online Display of Commitment Letters for Online Catering Entities Strengthens Food Safety Defenses

Addressing pain points in online catering supervision, Fengxian District has added a dedicated module for online food service operators through the "Enterprise Code," establishing a closed-loop digital supervision system for delivery platforms. Catering businesses can now display their operating license information and publish the "Online Catering Food Safety Compliance Guide" commitment letter online via the Enterprise Code. This approach pushes delivery operators to standardize their practices, providing comprehensive protection for the safety of online food services consumed by the public.

Going forward, Fengxian District will continue to explore the value of electronic business licenses and "Enterprise Codes" across various scenarios, expand digital application cases for smart supervision and precision services, and persistently enhance the regional business environment through digital empowerment.
