MINTH Group (00425) rose more than 4% in afternoon trading. As of the latest update, the stock was up 3.87%, trading at HK$38.16 with a turnover of HK$102 million.

According to a research report, MINTH Group is a core supplier to China's leading robotics company, Zhiyuan. In February this year, the company collaborated with Harmonic Drive on robotic joint modules, positioning itself in the North American market for core components. This move presents an opportunity to supply leading clients such as Tesla and Figure AI.

The report also highlights that the rise of AIDC has significantly increased demand for highly deployable fuel cell systems. MINTH Group has already established a presence in high-value core components for fuel cell systems, including SOFC and PEMFC, such as interconnectors, support structures, and bipolar plates. With over three years of technological development, the company has secured breakthrough orders from domestic clients. Additionally, MINTH Group is actively engaging with overseas clients, including Bloom Energy.

Management has indicated that the robotics business is expected to contribute approximately RMB 500 million in sales by 2026, encompassing both component sales and robot assembly. Furthermore, the company has initiated component sales for SOFC solutions, having already sent samples of interconnectors, support structures, and bipolar plates to potential clients. New orders for support structures, bipolar plates, and frames have also been secured from Chinese SOFC customers.
