China Rare Earth Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance for March 2026

China Rare Earth Holdings Limited (HKEX: 00769) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, indicating no changes to its share capital structure during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.1 each, equivalent to HKD 400.00 million. No increases or reductions were recorded.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 2.79 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issues.

China Rare Earth affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement as at 31 March 2026.

No outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other equity-linked instruments were reported.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Tsui Mei Fung and confirmed compliance with relevant Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
