CZBANK has announced that it will perform computer system maintenance on April 15 and April 17, 2026, in order to provide customers with improved services. Clients are advised to take note of the schedule and make necessary preparations in advance.
On April 15, from 1:00 to 2:30, precious metal services (including wealth gold accumulation) as well as UnionPay cardless and online payment services will be temporarily suspended. Additionally, between 0:10 and 5:00 on the same day, brief service disruptions may affect the following: online banking, mobile banking, WeChat banking, WeChat mini-programs, direct enterprise banking, payment and collection services, digital RMB, foreign exchange services, precious metal services (including wealth gold accumulation), quick redemption of Zengxin Bao, fund transfers and remittances, fund services, utility bill payments, and third-party payment channels such as Ctrip and Lianlian. Online and UnionPay electronic channel services, including those accessed via OpenAPI, will also be impacted. Self-service operations including ATM cash deposits and withdrawals, ATM transfers, POS transactions, and cardless online processing may experience interruptions. Services related to personal debit cards and credit cards—including applications, installment payments, spending, and top-ups—as well as inter-bank transfers, certificate of deposit services, cloud accounting, loans, wealth management, and the customer service hotline 95527 may also be briefly affected. Notifications sent via SMS or the mobile banking app—such as those for transaction alerts, balance changes, login attempts, password changes, or payment verification codes—may be delayed, and facial recognition functions may temporarily fail.
During the maintenance window on April 17, from 0:10 to 3:00, the bank's mobile banking service will experience two momentary interruptions. Customers encountering issues during these periods are advised to try again later. CZBANK will strive to minimize the duration of any service impact. Should customers have questions following the system maintenance, they may contact the bank’s 24-hour customer service hotline at 95527. The bank apologizes for any inconvenience caused.
