GAPACK (00468) announced that the company has received correspondence from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated May 12, 2025, which sets out the following resumption guidance for the restoration of trading in the company's shares: (i) restore the minimum public float as required under Listing Rule 8.08(1)(a); (ii) publish all outstanding financial results in accordance with the Listing Rules and address any audit qualifications; (iii) conduct an independent forensic investigation into these matters, assess their impact on the company's business operations and financial position, announce the investigation results, and implement appropriate remedial actions; (iv) demonstrate that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns regarding the integrity, competence and/or character of the group's management and/or any persons with significant influence over the company's management and operations that may pose risks to investors and undermine market confidence; (v) conduct an independent internal control review and demonstrate that the company has adequate internal controls and procedures in place to comply with the Listing Rules; (vi) demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 13.24; (vii) publish all material information to the market for evaluation by the company's shareholders and other investors regarding its condition.
