Japanese laptop manufacturer VAIO announced on April 1 that it will raise prices for personal and business computers sold in the Japanese market, effective April 23. The specific new pricing will be announced on the same day. The price adjustment applies to all home PCs sold through VAIO's first-party channels, home PCs listed on third-party platforms after April 1, and all business PCs.
