CHINA JINMAO Reports 23.44% Increase in Total Contracted Sales for First Four Months

CHINA JINMAO (00817) announced its sales performance. In April 2026, the group achieved contracted sales amounting to RMB 8.806 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 25.78%. The contracted sales area for the month was 351,500 square meters.

For the four-month period ending April 30, 2026, the group's cumulative contracted sales totaled RMB 31.234 billion, a growth of 23.44% compared to the same period last year. The cumulative contracted sales area reached 1.3145 million square meters. The reported sales figures include contributions from key urban operation projects.

Furthermore, as of April 30, 2026, the group had secured subscribed sales for properties, which have not yet been formally contracted, amounting to RMB 779 million.
