JD Health’s 2025 ESG Report Shows AI-Led Service Surge, Wider Insurance Coverage and Higher User Satisfaction

JD Health (06618) published its sixth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for 2025, detailing broad progress in digital-health innovation, inclusive services, climate action and corporate governance. Key takeaways are as follows:

Digital & AI Deployment • Medical large model “Jingyi Qianxun 2.0” topped all 21 MedBench sub-categories; AI cluster “AI Jingyi” surpassed 100 million user interactions and now handles around 70% of consultations from tier-three cities and below. • Hospital-facing “JD Joy Doc” and doctor-facing “JD Zhiyi” expanded remote-care coverage to more than 20 leading hospitals, delivering over 5 million patient services.

Inclusive Healthcare & Public-Convenience Services • Online medical-insurance payment now operates in 30 cities across 10 provinces, adding 12 cities year-on-year. • Nurse-at-Home and at-home rapid-testing services extended to 16 key cities; enterprise health cabins cover over one million employees. • Rare-disease programmes assisted 800 patients; mental-health initiatives reached 5.10 million online viewers.

User Trust & Service Quality • Net Promoter Score rose to 73.8 points, a 2.50% YOY increase, with 140 service-flow issues rectified. • Zero data-security incidents for the third consecutive year; JD Health became the first internet-healthcare firm to secure China’s Data Security Management Certification. • Quality-control audits included 290 internal and 158 external reviews; no major regulatory penalties or product recalls reported.

Climate & Resource Management • Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse-gas emissions totalled 6,168.97 tCO2e; Scope 3 emissions 272,951.37 tCO2e. • Green-certified warehouses rose to 45% of leased area; new-energy vehicles logged 714,200 km, avoiding 142.80 tCO2. • Lightweight paper bags and reusable boxes saved 1,432 t of cardboard during the year.

Workforce Development • Total headcount reached 5,263, with 3,065 new hires; women hold 53.33% of senior-management roles. • 100% employee training coverage; average 47.31 training hours per person; zero work-related fatalities. • All staff received anti-corruption training; whistle-blowing coverage and pass rates both 100%.

Governance & Board Oversight • Independent directors occupy 71% of board seats; female representation stands at 29%. • ESG matters are overseen by the board and audit committee, with management remuneration now linked to ESG KPIs.

JD Health states it will continue embedding the TRUST sustainable-development strategy, scale AI medical applications and raise the proportion of green electricity consumption in 2026.
