(stock code: 300428) announced the signing of a "Robot Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Beijing Weijing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weijing Intelligence"). Both parties will engage in comprehensive cooperation in areas including robot lightweight materials, component manufacturing, and smart factory solutions, with plans to further advance equity cooperation.
According to the announcement, the strategic partnership aims to facilitate Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co.,Ltd.'s expansion from automotive aluminum alloy materials and components into the humanoid robot industry, extending the application of aluminum alloy materials and components into emerging sectors. Simultaneously, this collaboration will help Weijing Intelligence overcome critical bottlenecks in product manufacturing costs and adaptation to complex high-end manufacturing scenarios, leveraging both parties' advantages in "deep integration of lightweight materials with embodied intelligent products" and "application of embodied intelligent systems in high-end manufacturing."
Under the agreement, business cooperation encompasses five key areas. Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co.,Ltd. will leverage its core advantages in high-end aluminum alloy material research, development, production, and forging, die-casting, and CNC processing technologies to provide high-performance aluminum alloy materials and lightweight critical components for Weijing Intelligence's humanoid robots. These include high-performance deformable aluminum alloy materials for humanoid robots, ultra-high-strength casting aluminum alloy new materials, high-performance magnesium alloy materials, and lightweight component manufacturing solutions, delivering dual value of overall robot weight reduction and production cost efficiency improvements, providing crucial support for the lightweight, flexible, and large-scale application of Weijing Intelligence's humanoid robots.
Additionally, Lizhong Sitong Light Alloys Group Co.,Ltd. will utilize its standardized production facilities, industry-leading CNC equipment clusters, mature intelligent production lines, and comprehensive quality management experience to handle assembly and supporting services for Weijing Intelligence's humanoid robots, ensuring assembly precision and efficiency while accelerating mass production deployment of robot products.
Notably, building upon business cooperation, both parties have agreed to further advance equity cooperation initiatives to deepen their partnership. By leveraging their respective industrial foundations and technological advantages, they aim to enhance both parties' core competitiveness.
The company emphasized that this agreement represents a framework cooperation agreement between both parties. Subsequent cooperation details and project implementation require further negotiation and confirmation between the parties. The agreement will not materially impact the company's current operating performance, though future cooperation projects may positively influence the company's operating performance in coming years.
