China Construction Bank (00939) has issued an announcement stating that the bank's board of directors has received the resignation of Mr. Sheng Liurong. Due to age reasons, Mr. Sheng has requested to step down from his position as the bank's Chief Financial Officer. The resignation of Mr. Sheng Liurong will take effect on March 31, 2026.
