Hong Kong, 7 September 2026 — Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited faces intensified trading activity ahead of its proposed delisting. According to a disclosure filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC executed four equity-swap–related transactions in the company’s shares on 4 September 2026.
The investment bank sold 6.25 million shares for USD 2.97 million and purchased 2.12 million shares for USD 1.01 million, resulting in a net disposal of 4.13 million shares and net proceeds of approximately USD 1.96 million. All dealings were conducted as hedging for Delta 1 products generated by wholly unsolicited, client-driven orders.
Prices ranged from USD 0.47 to USD 0.48 per share, with the highest execution price at USD 0.48 and the lowest at USD 0.47.
J.P. Morgan Securities PLC is classified as a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror in the proposed delisting and carried out the trades on its own account. The firm is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
