Additionally, he will no longer serve as Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Director of the wholly-owned subsidiary QILU EXPRESSWAY (HONG KONG) LIMITED, effective from November 14, 2025. Separately, Mr. Liu Liangrong has resigned from his role as Deputy General Manager upon reaching the statutory retirement age, also effective from November 14, 2025.
