According to their resumes, Zhou Weixin was born in June 1971 and currently serves as a Party Committee Member and Assistant to the President of the company. He holds a bachelor's degree and is an Economist and a Senior Certified Credit Analyst. Zhou previously held positions including Deputy President (acting in charge) and President of Bank of China Lin'an Sub-branch, President of Bank of China Hangzhou High-tech Sub-branch, Director of the Hangzhou Corporate Business Center in the Corporate Business Department of Bank of China Zhejiang Branch, President of Bank of China Hangzhou Qingchun Sub-branch, Party Committee Secretary and President of Bank of China Zhoushan Branch, General Manager of the Risk Management Department, Office Director, and General Manager of the Personal Finance Department at Bank of China Zhejiang Branch, and Party Committee Member and Vice President of Bank of China Anhui Branch (during which, from November 2019 to December 2021, he served as a Party Leadership Group Member and Vice Mayor of Bengbu City on a temporary assignment). He also served as President of the Zhejiang Business Headquarters of CZBANK.
Pan Huafeng was born in January 1972 and currently serves as a Party Committee Member, Assistant to the President, and Chief Risk Officer of the company. He holds a bachelor's degree and is an Economist. Pan previously held positions including Deputy Section Chief of the Management Section in the Credit Management Department of Bank of China Ningbo Branch, Section Chief of the Management Section in the Risk Management Department, Vice President of Bank of China Yinzhou Sub-branch, Deputy Director (acting in charge) and Director of the Risk Management Department at Bank of China Ningbo Branch. At CZBANK, he has served as Party Committee Member, Deputy Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Risk Monitoring Officer, Assistant to the President, Vice President, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Party Committee Secretary, and President of the Ningbo Branch, General Manager of the Risk Management Department concurrently serving as Director of the New Capital Office, and General Manager of the Risk Management Department.
