According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Formosa Opportunity Limited increased its holding in Omnivision (HKEX: 00501) on June 8. The firm purchased 354,800 shares at an average price of approximately HK$78.0965 per share, representing a total investment of about HK$27.71 million.
Following this transaction, Formosa Opportunity Limited's total shareholding in Omnivision has risen to 5.2763 million shares. This stake now accounts for 10.4% of the company's issued shares.
