FS.COM's stock price dropped 5.14% during Thursday's trading session following news that the company is facing a civil lawsuit from Huawei Technologies over alleged trademark infringement.
Huawei has filed a civil claim against FS.COM, seeking cessation of the alleged infringement of its registered trademarks and compensation for damages. The lawsuit alleges that FS.COM's products infringe upon Huawei's trademark rights, though FS.COM disputes these claims, stating that its products do not infringe Huawei's trademarks.
FS.COM has indicated that the sales revenue of the products mentioned in Huawei's complaint accounts for less than 0.2% of the company's 2025 operating revenue. The company's board of directors has assessed the case as being in its early stages and stated that, as of the announcement date, the lawsuit has no significant adverse impact on the group's normal operations and financial condition.
