CAVA shares slumped 8% in overnight trading. CAVA's Officer Theodoros X proposes to sell 98,490 shares of common stock on August 26, with a total market value of approximately $12.38 million.

Trip.com Group rose 8% in overnight trading.

Trip.com Group's attributable profit surged to 3.83 billion yuan in the second quarter from 631 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Earnings per share at the travel website operator increased to 5.57 yuan from 0.94 yuan a year earlier. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha expected EPS of 5.37 yuan.
