Chervon Holdings Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Opens Shareholder Communication Options

Bulletin Express04-24

On 24 April 2026, Chervon Holdings Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese.

Shareholders can access the documents in electronic format via the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website (https://global.chervongroup.com). Printed copies are also obtainable free of charge upon request.

To receive hard-copy materials, investors should complete Part A of the enclosed Request Form and submit it to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (using the pre-paid mailing label for local postage) or by email to 2285-ecom@vistra.com.

Part B of the same form enables shareholders to modify their future communication preferences at any time—choosing between electronic access with email or letter notifications, printed English versions only, printed Chinese versions only, or both language versions in print.

The board confirmed that shareholders experiencing difficulties with electronic access may request printed copies, which will be dispatched promptly without cost.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Pan Longquan.
