Central China Management Company Limited announced that shareholders at the 10 June 2026 annual general meeting approved two procedural resolutions with a unanimous 778.05 million votes cast in favour (100.00%).
The endorsed motions: 1. Adjourn the AGM to 10:00 a.m. on 24 June 2026 at 63/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. 2. Add new ordinary resolutions 2(e)–2(h) covering the re-election of additional directors for consideration at the adjourned meeting.
Voting base and participation • Issued share capital: 3.87 billion shares. • Shares eligible to vote: 3.87 billion. • No shares were subject to voting restrictions, required abstentions or stated opposition.
Board attendance Six of the nine directors—including Chairman Wu Po Sum—attended the 10 June session in person or electronically. Three directors were absent due to other business commitments.
Next steps The adjourned AGM will convene on 24 June 2026 to deliberate the full agenda, including the newly added director re-election items.
