Fosun Intl Adds 162,500 Shares in September; Public Float Remains Above 20% Threshold

Bulletin Express10-06

Fosun International Limited (Fosun Intl) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 6 October 2026, detailing minor share capital changes for the month ended 30 September 2026.

The company’s issued share base rose by 162,500 ordinary shares to 8.13 billion shares, representing a marginal 0.002 percent increase month-on-month. No treasury shares were outstanding before or after the period.

The additional shares stemmed entirely from option exercises under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 16 March 2023. During September, 162,500 options were exercised, while 57,500 options lapsed. Post-movement, 523.21 million options remain outstanding under this 2023 plan. Two older schemes—approved in June 2007 and June 2017—collectively carry 122.83 million outstanding options, after 52,500 options lapsed in the 2017 programme during the month.

Option exercises generated HKD 0.77 million in proceeds for Fosun Intl. No warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments, or treasury share transactions were reported.

Management confirmed that the company’s public float continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum 20 percent requirement as at 30 September 2026.
