CSC Holdings releases AGM circular covering share mandates, board re-elections, auditor re-appointment and new Articles

CSC Holdings Limited announced on 29 May 2026 that its latest circular—detailing proposals for (1) general mandates to issue and buy back shares, (2) re-election of directors, (3) re-appointment of the external auditor, and (4) adoption of a new set of Articles of Association—has been published on the company’s website (www.cscholdings.com) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The circular also contains the notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting. Registered shareholders who have opted for electronic communications can obtain a printed version of the circular or elect to receive hard copies of all future corporate communications at no cost by submitting the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post or email (235-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders may alter their preferred method of receiving corporate communications at any time by giving a written seven-day notice to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s customer service hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
