Senior Material Sets 22 Oct 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Nine-Month Results

Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (Senior Material) has scheduled a board meeting for Thursday, 22 October 2026. Directors will review and approve the consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026 and authorise their public release. The agenda also includes any additional business matters the Board deems necessary.

The meeting notice, dated 9 October 2026, lists Executive Director and Chairman Prof. Chen Xiufeng, alongside Dr. Zhang Xiaomin and Mr. Xu Liqiang, as executive directors; Mr. Zhu Bide as non-executive director; and Mr. Tang Changjiang, Ms. Sun Zhenzhen and Mr. Leung Shu Sun Sunny as independent non-executive directors.
