Risecomm Group Holdings Limited (stock shorthand: Risecomm) has disclosed that its principal place of business in Hong Kong will move to Suite 3102, 31st Floor, AIA Kowloon Tower, 100 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon. The relocation takes effect on 1 August 2026. The company confirmed that its existing telephone and facsimile numbers will remain unchanged.

The announcement was approved by the board of directors and signed by Executive Director Ms. Ye Bailing on 31 July 2026.
