On the news front, AI giant Anthropic has officially filed for an IPO, reigniting investor confidence in the AI narrative. Meanwhile, Meta's US$25 billion common stock offering received enthusiastic subscription from investors, with demand reaching approximately five times the number of shares available for issuance, indicating that investor enthusiasm for AI investments remains undiminished.

Additionally, Chase Lochmiller, CEO of U.S. AI data center developer Crusoe, stated at an investment conference held in Dallas that the recent sell-off in "neocloud" companies was an overreaction, and insisted that demand for AI computing power remains strong.

Notably, Lenovo Group is scheduled to announce its fiscal year 2027 second quarter results on November 19. Bank of America Securities expects Lenovo Group to deliver strong performance in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, with Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) revenue and profit margins potentially exceeding expectations.

Morgan Stanley forecasts that Lenovo Group's total revenue for the quarter will reach US$28.6 billion, representing a 40% year-over-year increase and a 6% quarter-over-quarter increase. Adjusted net profit is expected to reach US$1.281 billion, surging 150% year-over-year and up 19% quarter-over-quarter.
