MINIEYE (02431) announced that the company has formally entered into an "Autonomous Logistics Vehicle Procurement and Long-Term Cooperation Agreement" with the Jiangsu Danyang High-tech Zone Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (Danyang High-tech Zone Industrial Company). Under this agreement, the group will achieve scaled delivery and deployment using the second-generation mapless version of its autonomous vehicles, marking a significant milestone in the commercialization and regional market expansion of its autonomous logistics vehicle business.
The cooperation agreement, based on principles of equality, voluntariness, mutual benefit, long-term stability, and win-win outcomes, establishes a long-term partnership for the procurement of 200 mapless autonomous logistics vehicles. This collaboration aims to jointly promote the intelligent upgrade of the logistics industry, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
The vehicle models procured under this agreement are primarily autonomous logistics vehicles and their supporting software systems produced by the group and its affiliates. These vehicles are intended for use in urban distribution scenarios (such as fresh produce, food, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, building materials, etc.), supply and distribution within municipal and county-level administrative regions, and "last-mile" logistics operations.
The group will organize production according to the agreed product specifications, technical parameters, and quality standards, ensuring timely, high-quality, and quantitative delivery of products, while providing customers with technical support and comprehensive after-sales service. Danyang High-tech Zone Industrial Company will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating road rights applications and license implementation for the autonomous logistics vehicles within the local area and other mutually agreed-upon regions.
This cooperation is expected to help the group further expand its market share in autonomous logistics vehicles, enhance brand influence, establish a long-term and stable collaborative mechanism, and accelerate the scaled application of autonomous driving technology in the urban logistics sector.
The partnership with Danyang High-tech Zone Industrial Company allows the group to fully leverage its core strengths in L4 autonomous driving technology, integrated hardware and software R&D, and mass production delivery. Combined with the partner's capabilities in regional resource coordination, scenario implementation, and application promotion, the collaboration is poised to effectively reduce logistics costs, provide a replicable model for cost reduction and efficiency improvement within the industry, and contribute to the development of a smart logistics ecosystem.
The commercialization process of the group's autonomous logistics vehicle business continues to accelerate. The signing of this 200-vehicle procurement agreement and the delivery of the second-generation mapless autonomous vehicles will further solidify its leading position in the industry.
