Luxshare ICT Sees HK$2.833 Billion Share Transfer, Representing 12.11% of Outstanding Shares

LUXSHARE ICT (02475) experienced a significant shift in share custody on August 7, according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total transfer value reached HK$2.833 billion, accounting for 12.11% of the company's outstanding shares. A shareholder transferred 44.979 million shares to CLSA, while 45.2002 million shares were moved out of Citibank.

The company issued an announcement detailing that, in accordance with the offering plan, the overall coordinators (on their own behalf and representing the international underwriters) partially exercised the over-allotment option on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. This exercise involved a total of 12,541,900 H-shares, representing approximately 3.27% of the total shares available for subscription under the global offering (before any exercise of the over-allotment option).

The over-allotment shares will be issued and allotted at HK$63.28 per share, which is the global offering price per H-share (excluding brokerage fees of 1.0%, SFC transaction levy of 0.0027%, HKEX trading fee of 0.00565%, and Accounting and Financial Reporting Council transaction levy of 0.00015%). These shares will be delivered to placees who have agreed to delay delivery of their relevant H-shares subscribed under the global offering.

Following the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, the total number of H-shares issued in the offering has increased from 383,472,800 to 396,014,700. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has granted approval for the listing and trading of these over-allotment shares, which are expected to commence trading on the main board of the HKEX at 9:00 AM on Monday, August 10, 2026.
