LENS (06613) surged more than 3%, reaching HK$25.7 by the time of writing, with a trading volume of HK$52.06 million. The company recently signed a letter of intent with an independent third party to acquire 100% equity of Pei Meigao International, which holds a 95.1164% stake in Yuanshi Technology. The target group primarily engages in the production and sales of server cabinets, structural components, and liquid cooling modules for servers.
CLSA expects the deal to be completed next year, enabling LENS to enter NVIDIA's AI server supply chain and accelerate the growth of its AI server business. The firm reiterated its "Outperform" rating with an unchanged target price of HK$38.
Yongxing Securities believes liquid cooling is poised to become an industry trend, driven by rising chip power consumption. The TDP of NVIDIA’s GB300 is projected to reach 1,400W, while its next-generation Rubin Ultra GPU could hit 2,300W. According to ASHRAE recommendations, liquid cooling is advised when chip TDP exceeds 300W or cabinet power density surpasses 40kW. Additionally, stricter energy efficiency demands in data centers are further propelling the liquid cooling sector.
