The program targets the class of 2027, including graduates finishing between September 1, 2026, and August 31, 2027. Mainland China candidates are judged by their graduation certificate date, while overseas candidates are judged by their degree certificate date. Bilibili has also launched the "B-UP Top Tech Talent Program," which recruits top young AI talent across bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels.
