Avic Shenyang Aircraft Company Limited (SH: 600760) has released its semi-annual report for fiscal year 2026, revealing a significant downturn in its financial performance. The company reported operating revenue of 6.191 billion yuan for the period, a decline of 57.68% year-over-year, while net profit attributable to shareholders came in at 473 million yuan, down 58.37% from the previous year.

After excluding non-recurring gains and losses, the company's net profit stood at 402 million yuan, marking a steeper decline of 62.54% year-over-year. Basic earnings per share for the first half of the year were recorded at 0.17 yuan.

According to the company's statement, the revenue and profit downturn during the reporting period was primarily driven by adjustments in product structure and the delivery schedules of certain supporting components. In response to the challenging and complex operational environment, the company has been actively tackling the core issues affecting its research and production activities. Key measures include accelerating the construction and operational planning of intelligent production lines at its new facility to unlock dual-line capacity across both old and new plants.

Additionally, Avic Shenyang Aircraft has strengthened process control and collaborative communication in key procurement areas to ensure a high-quality and stable supply chain. The company is also advancing its "low-cost and sustainable" development strategy through close collaboration between its factories and design institutes, aiming to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productive forces in the aviation sector while actively mitigating and managing operational risks.
