Ming Yuan Cloud Reduces Outstanding Shares by 13.92 Million in July; Public Float Intact

For the month ended 31 July 2026, Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited reported a net reduction of 13.92 million ordinary shares, bringing total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 1.90 billion. The decrease stemmed entirely from share repurchases that were cancelled on 10 July 2026.

Total authorised share capital was unchanged at 3.80 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.0001, equivalent to HKD 0.38 million.

Treasury shares remained steady at 12.32 million. The company also still holds 47.95 million repurchased shares pending cancellation, comprising 41.45 million bought on 20 May 2025 and 6.50 million on 20 May 2026.

Public float requirements continue to be met, with at least 25 % of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) held by the public as of month-end.

Under the amended Share Option Scheme adopted on 11 June 2021 and revised on 10 May 2024, 26.40 million options were outstanding after 150 thousand lapsed during the month. No new shares were issued via option exercises, and total potential issuance under all equity incentive plans remains capped at 163.61 million shares.

No warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements were recorded for the period, and the company raised no funds from equity exercises in July.
