AAC Technologies Repurchases 200,000 Shares, Expands Treasury Stock Position

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. reported the on-market repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 28 September 2026. The transaction, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, was completed at prices ranging from HKD 38.88 to HKD 39.50, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 39.21 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 7.84 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0173 % to 1.153 billion. Treasury stock increased to 45.33 million shares, while the overall share capital remained unchanged at 1.199 billion shares.

The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 116.18 million shares. Including the latest transaction, AAC Technologies has repurchased 8.60 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.74 % of the issued shares outstanding on the mandate date.

All shares acquired on 28 September 2026 will be retained as treasury shares. Consistent with Hong Kong listing rules, AAC Technologies is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026.
