Jiangxi Geto New Materials Corporation Limited (300986.SZ) responded to investor inquiries on February 26 via an interactive investor platform. The company clarified that it has not established any production lines in Hefei, nor has it entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL). Additionally, no new materials order valued at 1 billion yuan has been signed.

The company confirmed that it is engaged in business expansion related to its core construction operations in Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern regions. However, it is not involved in the Saudi NEOM project and has not signed the mentioned 1.2 billion yuan order.

Regarding the strategic cooperation agreement with PIVI, Jiangxi Geto New Materials stated that it is a framework agreement. Actual business conditions will depend on specific procurement agreements, orders, or other formal documents to be signed in the future.
