Baidu, Inc. announced the full adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, which supports the market-wide paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023.
All forthcoming documents—including annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, circulars and proxy forms—will be published in both English and Chinese on Baidu’s investor-relations website (https://ir.baidu.com/) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be mailed unless specifically requested.
To ensure timely delivery of actionable communications—materials that require shareholder instructions—Baidu is collecting email addresses through a personalized QR code or a signed reply form sent to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd. Shareholders who do not provide a functional email address will continue to receive actionable documents in hard copy until an address is supplied.
Investors preferring printed versions of all corporate communications may opt in via the same reply form or by emailing baidu.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such requests remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.
Enquiries may be directed to the share registrar’s hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
The notice is issued by Baidu’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Robin Yanhong Li, and dated 17 September 2026.
