Realord Technology Company Limited has filed a resubmitted monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing the completion of a share subdivision that significantly altered both authorised and issued capital structures.
The capital reorganisation, approved on 10 September and effective 14 September 2026, subdivided every HKD 0.10 ordinary share into four ordinary shares of HKD 0.025 each. As a result, authorised ordinary shares increased from 20.00 billion to 80.00 billion, while the total authorised capital remained unchanged at HKD 2.00 billion.
Issued share capital mirrored the four-for-one split: outstanding shares rose by 4.33 billion during the month, moving from 1.44 billion to 5.77 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and total issued shares now stand at 5.77 billion.
The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as at month-end.
There were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments reported for the period.
