B&K Corporation Limited has formally completed the change of its registered Chinese name from「華芢生物科技(青島)股份有限公司」to「青城新藥生物科技(青島)股份有限公司」, effective 13 July 2026. The English name “B&K Corporation Limited” remains unchanged.

A special resolution approving the name change was passed at the 22 June 2026 annual general meeting. Subsequent regulatory steps included the issuance of a new business licence by Qingdao Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau on 25 June 2026 and confirmation from Hong Kong’s Registrar of Companies on 13 July 2026.

Reflecting the new Chinese corporate identity, the company’s Chinese stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will switch from「華芢生物－Ｂ」to「青城新藥－B」effective 9:00 a.m. on 22 July 2026. The English stock short name “B&K CORP-B” and the stock code 2396 remain unchanged.

B&K stated that the renaming will not affect shareholders’ rights, daily operations, or financial position. Existing share certificates bearing the former Chinese name will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration, and delivery; new certificates will be issued under the updated name.

In addition, the corporate website will migrate from huarenshengwu.com to qingchengxinyao.com on 14 August 2026.
