The US Department of Justice has asked a federal judge to reconsider the decision to quash a subpoena against Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell. The motion was filed on Monday. Federal prosecutors argued before US District Judge James Boasberg that the court "applied an incorrect legal standard, was mistaken on certain facts, and overlooked other relevant facts."
