Inspur Digi Ent repurchases 0.81 million shares in July; treasury stock ratio rises to 0.39%

Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology Limited (Inspur Digi Ent) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, detailing the following key changes:

1. Share Repurchase Activity • 806,000 ordinary shares were bought back on-market between 2 July and 14 July at prices ranging from HKD 2.34 to HKD 2.55. • Total consideration amounted to approximately HKD 1.94 million. • All repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock.

2. Impact on Capital Structure • Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined 0.07% to 1,217.04 million shares. • Treasury shares increased to 4.82 million, representing 0.39% of the 1,221.86 million total issued shares. • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 2 billion shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

3. Share Option Schemes • No options were exercised during the month; therefore, no new shares were issued and no treasury shares were transferred out. • Outstanding options at month-end totalled 38.85 million, consisting of: – 0.20 million from the 2018 grant – 16.08 million from the 2023 grant – 22.57 million from the 2025 grant (after 0.34 million cancellations in July)

4. Public Float • The company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 July 2026.
